For licensed annuity professionals and financial advisors
Annuity appointments with retirees who have $250K+ saved.
You pay only for appointments that show.
We find retirees who want to turn their savings into monthly income. Our team confirms they have $250,000 or more in a 401(k), IRA, CDs or an old annuity they can move, plus their timeline and who decides. Then we book them on your Zoom calendar with a one-page brief.
If you're good in front of a retiree, the hard part is getting in front of the right ones, every month, without spending a weekend and a few thousand dollars to do it.
Seminars that cost thousands
The venue, the mailers, the steak. Then half the room came for dinner, and the other half wants to think about it.
Leads sold four or five times
Shared and aged leads go to every agent who pays. By the time you dial, three others already have, and the retiree has stopped picking up.
No-shows you still pay for
You prep the case, block the hour, open the Zoom and wait. The fee doesn't come back.
Marketing money with strings
IMO co-op dollars come with production targets and preferred carriers. Your book ends up shaped by someone else's contract.
Prospecting instead of advising
Dialing, mailing, chasing replies. Every hour spent finding retirees is an hour you're not planning for one.
Compliance on every piece
Every ad and mailer needs approval, ad accounts get flagged, and it's your license on the line if something slips.
Feast or famine
A strong quarter, then a quiet one, then a scramble for the next event. It's hard to plan a practice around that.
The room, the dinners and the mailers, or names that may never pick up
Appointments that show. A no-show costs you nothing.
Before they reach you
An RSVP card or a web form
A call with our team that confirms the money, timeline, decision-makers and state
Who else gets them
Shared leads often go to four or five agents
No one. One retiree, one advisor.
What they know when you meet
Often not why they're there
Their own Income Check numbers, and that they asked to talk with a specialist
What you manage
Ad accounts, venues, mailers, approvals and follow-up
Your calendar and the conversation. One price, with no ad spend, retainer or platform fee.

How it works
From "how long will my money last?" to your calendar
STEP 1
We find them
Our ads run under Money Neighbor, a plain-English money brand for people over 55, never under your name. Retirees take a free 60-second Income Check that shows what their savings could pay them each month.
We do this
STEP 2
We confirm before we book
Only retirees who ask for a licensed specialist go further. Our team talks with each one to confirm how much can move, where it sits, when, who decides and where they live. If it doesn't hold up, they never reach your calendar.
We do this
STEP 3
You show up and advise
They land on your Zoom calendar at times you set, with a one-page brief before the meeting. Afterward you tell us whether they showed. You're billed only for the ones who did.
You do this
See everything before you buy
No black box. Here's the whole system.
You should know exactly how a retiree gets to your calendar before you pay for one. So here's every step: the page they see, the call we make, what they see after booking and the brief you get.
Every appointment starts here. Retirees find Money Neighbor through our ads, take the free Income Check and see what their savings could pay them each month, in plain English. Only the ones who want help book a call.
Education first. No product names, carriers, rates or "guaranteed" promises.
Ads describe the audience, never the viewer's age or money, and run in Meta's Financial Products & Services category.
Plain-language consent to be contacted, collected before anyone calls.
One specialist, not a dozen calls. Retirees are told their number is never sold to a list.
Someone on our team talks with every retiree before they reach your calendar. If the details don't hold up, the appointment doesn't happen.
Movable assets and account types. Roughly how much, and where it sits: 401(k), IRA, CDs, savings or an existing annuity. Whether any of it is locked up or still in a surrender period.
Timeline. When they want income to start, and what sets the date.
Decision-makers. Who decides. If they're married, both spouses agree to attend.
State. Where they live, so they only meet an advisor licensed there.
Why now. The trigger: a retirement date, a maturing CD, a rollover, a market scare.

Our team
Hi Linda, it's Sam with Money Neighbor. You finished the Income Check and asked to talk with a licensed specialist. Do you still have a few minutes?
Retiree
Sure, now's fine.
Our team
Great. A few quick questions so we match you with the right person. Roughly how much are you thinking about for retirement income, and where is it today? A 401(k), an IRA, CDs?
…
Our team
Is anyone else part of this decision? If Tom's involved, we'd want him on the call too, so nobody has to hear it secondhand.
Our team
And what made now the time to look at this?
We don't discuss products, rates or carriers on this call. We don't give advice. That conversation is yours.
CAfter they book
What the retiree sees after booking
A confirmation page with their time in their own time zone, a short video on what to expect, what to have ready and why their spouse should join. It's built so they arrive prepared and knowing why they're there.

What counts
What counts as a qualified appointment
One written standard, the same one our team confirms on every call. If an appointment misses it, you don't pay for it.
Qualified appointmentYou pay for this one
$250K+ in movable assets401(k), 403(b), IRA, CDs, savings, or an existing annuity past its surrender period. Your tier is set by the amount we confirm.

Shows upThey join your Zoom at the booked time.
A qualified appointment that shows is billable whether or not it closes. The close is yours.
No-shows are on us
If a retiree doesn't show, you aren't billed. We rebook them or book you another appointment.
Flag it within 72 hours
If a retiree didn't meet the standard, tell us within 72 hours of the meeting and say what was missing.
Replaced free if it missed
We review the confirmation call. If it didn't meet the standard, you get a replacement at no charge.
One retiree, one advisor
Every appointment is yours alone. We never sell, share or recycle a retiree's information.
Pricing
Priced by how much the retiree has saved
A $1M household is worth more to your practice than a $250K one, so it's priced that way. The tier is set by the movable assets we confirm on the call. You buy in packs of 10.
Core$250K to $500K movable$1,500 / appointmentPack of 10: $15,000
Retirees and pre-retirees rolling over a 401(k), moving CDs or planning their first income.

Larger cases, often couples planning income for both lives.
Private$1M+ movable$4,000 / appointmentPack of 10: $40,000
Built for wealth managers and RIAs who plan the whole picture, not only the annuity.
Every appointment includes
A confirmation call before booking
A one-page brief before the meeting

Who it's for
Built for advisors who already close
We fill calendars for people who know what to do once a retiree is in front of them. If it isn't a fit yet, we'll say so.

Room for at least 5 new appointments a month, and comfortable meeting on Zoom
Planning first, with suitability done properly and follow-up you actually do
Not a fit
Newly licensed, or not contracted yet

Planning to replace every annuity you see
Expecting a guaranteed number of sales
Questions
Before you apply
Why should I trust a new company?
Fair question. We're new, and we won't pretend otherwise: you won't find testimonials or client counts here. What we can do is show you the whole system on this page, put the no-show risk on us, and let founding advisors pay after each appointment shows.
Where do the retirees come from?
Our own ads on Facebook, Instagram and other channels, under the Money Neighbor brand. They lead to a free Income Check. We don't buy, resell or recycle lead lists, and nobody is lured in with a free gift. See the retiree side.
Are appointments shared or resold?
No. Each retiree is booked with one advisor. We never sell, share or recycle their information, and we tell retirees that up front.
How do you confirm their money?
Someone on our team talks with every retiree before anything is booked. We confirm roughly how much can move, the account types, whether any of it is locked up or in a surrender period, the timeline, who decides and their state. That call is what we review if you flag an appointment.
What if they don't show, or don't qualify?
If they don't show, you aren't billed, and we rebook them or book you another one. If they show but miss the standard, tell us within 72 hours and say what was missing. We review the confirmation call, and if they didn't meet it, the replacement is free.
One thing we'll be plain about: a qualified appointment that shows is billable whether or not it closes.
Are you an IMO? Do I have to change my contracts?
No. We're a marketing and appointment service. We don't touch your contracts, carriers or commissions, and there are no production requirements. We aren't an insurance agency and don't sell annuities, so we aren't competing with you for the retiree.
What will my compliance team or IMO think?
Our ads run under Money Neighbor, not your name, and never mention you, a carrier or a product. Check with your compliance team, broker-dealer or IMO about using a third-party appointment service. We'll send our ad copy, consent language and pages for their review. You stay responsible for your own licensing, suitability and compliance.
Do you work with RIAs and wealth managers?
Yes. The Private tier ($1M+) is built for advisors who plan the whole picture. Tell us how you're licensed and we'll route the right retirees to you.
How many appointments can I get a month?
It depends on your states and tier. We'll agree on a realistic pace on the call, and we won't promise volume we can't deliver.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You buy appointments in packs of 10. When a pack is used up, you decide whether to buy another.
What do I have to do?
Keep your calendar open, show up on time, and tell us within 24 hours of each meeting whether the retiree showed. No ads, mailers or venues.
